What is included in the room price?
Everything! Well. Except for your ride over the Atlantic to Ireland. We’ll pick you up at Dublin Airport (Tales of Two Cities Tour) or Shannon Airport (Into The West Tour), and the following is included:
Transfers to and from the Dublin airport or Shannon airport, dependent on which tour you are attending..
All tastings, tours, workshops and activities for the week.
All meals and beverages during the week (On certain days, you will have the option to adventure out and eat on your own if you choose.)
Private coach transportation to all destinations and scheduled outings
All accommodations.
Once you’re here with us, you won’t need to worry about taking out your wallet except for the purchase of souvenirs and bottles to take home!
What if I want to stay longer?
If this is your first time in Ireland, you may want to stay longer and explore other parts of Ireland, whether it be the Wild Atlantic Way, the Sunny South East or the wilds of West Cork, we’d be happy to help play your trip and we can get you connected with the best people along the way.
It’s also easy to fly from Dublin or Shannon Airport to numerous destinations across Europe, so don’t hesitate to make hesitate to make the most of your trip over the Atlantic.

What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations 180+ days out from the start date will receive a full refund minus a $300 service fee per reservation. Cancellations within 180 days from the start date will receive a refund at 50% of the full cost. Cancellations within 60 days from the start date will not receive a refund. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any reimbursement for cancellations due to illness (including testing positive for COVID-19) or other personal matters as we cannot issue a refund in these cases. If any tour does not reach the necessary number of attendees, we reserve the right to cancel a tour - in this case, a full refund will be issued to any who have reserved.
Do I need cooking experience?
All experience levels are welcome! Whether you’ve never cooked a meal on your own or you’ve started a cooking channel, we would love to have you along. We are accustomed to teaching all levels, and if you’re an avid cook perhaps you can teach us a thing or two!
How do I get there?
We will have an arranged pickup at the airport on the first day of the tour. Please arrange your travel to make sure you are present at the chosen Airport for this pickup. If for any reason you cannot make it for the scheduled time, we can assist you in arranging transportation from the airport to our first destination.
We will provide transportation back to the Airport on the final morning of the tour. If your travel plans require an earlier arrival at the airport, for an additional fee, we would be happy to arrange for a separate transfer.
What are the payment options?
As you will see on our reservations page, you have the option to either pay a $1500 deposit or to pay in full in order to secure your reservation.
If you choose to begin with a $1500 deposit, we will contact you about further payment options. You will have the choice to pay off your remaining balance on a monthly basis through autopay or to pay off your remaining balance in one lump sum no later than July 15th, 2025.
Do you cater for dietary needs?
We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions and food allergies. If you do have specific dietary needs, please get in touch with us before booking a tour so that we can address any of your questions.
