Following the resounding success of our first journey, Tours of Ireland returns with a new jam-packed, carefully curated itinerary exploring two of Ireland's most vibrant hotspots. Both Dublin and Belfast are bursting at the seams with heritage, culture and authentic hospitality, offering captivating histories and exciting futures.
We’ll visit the bustling hubs of each city, touring galleries, museums, distilleries and breweries, and we’ll meet the makers, chefs and bar owners fueling the evolution of hospitality and artistry for which the Emerald Isle is world-renowned.
We’ll enjoy workshops on contemporary Irish cooking, behind-the-scenes access to the home of Guinness, drams in some of Ireland’s most iconic pubs, plus visits to candlemakers, designers, and distillers, and even a stay in one of the country’s most luxurious spas.
Our second tour will give you the chance to get up close and personal with The Dead Rabbit's collaborators, all of whom are leading the way in championing modern Ireland on a global stage, including the musicians, artists, and creators who make us proud to call Ireland home.
Sure, you can relax if you like, but we guarantee you’ll never be short of things to do.

Next, we’ll check in to The Grafton Hotel, with time to rest or explore the local areas of St. Stephens Green, Grafton Street, and Temple Bar.
We'll gather in the evening for our first excursion, a tour of some of the city's most iconic pubs in search of The Perfect Pint, before joining celebrated chef Mark Moriarity in his intimate studio and kitchen for an exclusive dining experience, celebrating the very best of modern Irish cuisine.
Day 2
On Day Two, we'll visit Ireland's number one tourist attraction, the Guinness Storehouse, to explore Ireland’s rich brewing heritage with a VIP experience and behind-the-scenes access. After a hearty lunch, we’ll head to the Irish Museum of Modern Art, followed by a visit to Kilmainham Gaol, where we’ll learn about Ireland's journey to Independence.
In the evening, we'll dine on traditional Fish & Chips at Leo Burdock, a famed Dublin institution that has been open since 1913, before ending our evening at BAR 1661 with world-class cocktails and drams of poitín, and a tour of some of Dublin's contemporary bars, all of which have changed the Emerald Isle’s hospitality scene for the better.
Day 3
On Day Three, we’ll depart Dublin for The North, stopping at The Boann Distillery en route, with a VIP tour courtesy of the Cooney Family. Next, we’ll check into The Galgorm Resort & Spa, set within 450 acres of lush parkland, featuring beautiful grounds, spa facilities, and leisure suites.
After a few hours of leisurely rest and relaxation, we'll enjoy a bespoke, intimate dinner at The Galgorm's Castle Kitchen & Bar, including a Dead Rabbit Irish Coffee demonstration, teaching you how to make this iconic Irish cocktail at home.
Day 4
Following breakfast at The Galgorm, Day Four begins with a trip to The Giant's Causeway, an iconic World Heritage Site, and one of Ireland's most celebrated coastal locations. We’ll enjoy lunch by the fire at The Bushmills Inn, where we'll fill up on Irish fare before an afternoon filled with Irish Whiskey at the Bushmills Distillery, one of the best-preserved distilleries in the world.
We'll return to the Galgorm with plenty of time for relaxation before an intimate Irish Whiskey tasting with our host, The Dead Rabbit’s Director of Irish Whiskey, Mark McLaughlin, followed by a casual dinner at The Galgorm’s Italian-inspired ristorante.
Day 5
Day Five brings us to Belfast’s bustling city centre, where we’ll visit one of The Dead Rabbit’s artistic partners, Canvas Galleries, experts in contemporary art and framing. We'll skip the queues and enjoy lunch at local favourite, Neighbourhood Cafe, the older sibling to our Neighbourhood Cafe Austin, and we'll meet The Dead Rabbit’s design partners, Crown Creative, along the way.
After checking in to The Bullit Hotel, we'll attend a private culinary masterclass at Niall McKenna's Waterman Cookery School before enjoying cocktails at the five-star Merchant Hotel, where The Dead Rabbit story began.
Day 6
The final day of our trip is a sensory adventure, exploring Belfast’s rich food, drink, and creative scene, beginning with a tour of the award-winning St George's Market, which opened in 1604. Next, we’ll visit The Dead Rabbit’s scent partners, FieldDay, who create candles, hand soaps, and fragrances, before enjoying downtime to shop, explore, or rest.
As the sun begins to set, we’ll tour Belfast’s most iconic, timeless pubs, including Kelly’s Cellars, Maddens, Bittles, and The Duke of York, all of which have inspired The Dead Rabbit, before sitting down for a Michelin-starred dinner at OX, where the menus are designed around the very best local, seasonal produce.
